“Hello, World” in Java

Java’s static class System provides standard input, output and errors streams.

Java’s standard out (stdout) uses the PrintStream object to convert bytes into the platforms default character encoding.

println uses the BufferedWriter class in a synchronized lock to print out each character of the string to standard out.

public class HelloWorld {

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        System.out.println("Hello, World.");
